Our experienced surveyors assess previously identified ACMs, record any changes in condition, and provide clear updates to support ongoing asbestos management and compliance.

Review of previous survey/report and asbestos register
Visual reinspection of all known/suspected ACMs
Condition grading and risk reassessment
Updated photos and locations
Recommendations for management actions and monitoring intervalsUKAS‑accredited lab sampling if deterioration is suspected (as needed)

When to book an Asbestos Reinspection Survey

Annually as part of your duty to manage
After refurbishment, leaks, damage, or tenancy changes
When an ACM’s condition may have deteriorated

Not sure whether you need a reinspection or a full survey?

A reinspection survey is not designed for areas that will be disturbed during refurbishment. In that situation, you may need an Asbestos Refurbishment Survey instead.
