Asbestos Management Survey – Commercial Boiler Room
Asbestos management survey carried out within a commercial boiler room to identify and assess any asbestos-containing materials present and support safe ongoing management of the area.
Asbestos Refurbishment Survey – Former Hotel
Asbestos Refurbishment survey completed at a former hotel ahead of planned renovation works, identifying any asbestos-containing materials that could be disturbed during the project.
Targeted Asbestos Refurbishment Survey – Church, RCT
Targeted asbestos refurbishment survey completed across a church in Rhondda Cynon Taf ahead of planned works. Asbestos-containing roof tiles were identified within a small external area associated with the organ blower room.
Refurbishment & Demolition Survey – Office Block, Loughborough
Asbestos R&D survey completed at an office block ahead of planned works. The survey identified asbestos-containing materials including ceiling panels, asbestos cement window sills and woven flashguards, allowing the client to plan the works safely and manage the materials appropriately.

Full asbestos management survey completed across a large commercial site, including office blocks, garages and workshops, to identify and assess asbestos-containing materials and support safe ongoing management of the premises.
Asbestos Management Survey – Residential Flats, Barmouth
Asbestos management survey completed at a residential block of flats in Barmouth to identify and assess asbestos-containing materials and support the safe ongoing management of the property.
Asbestos Bulk Sampling & Analysis – Domestic Property, RCT
​Asbestos bulk sampling and analysis carried out at a domestic property in Rhondda Cynon Taf. Samples from the textured coating to the ceiling returned a negative result, while textured coating to the walls tested positive for asbestos.
Targeted Asbestos Refurbishment Surveys – Cardiff Pubs & Bars
Targeted asbestos refurbishment surveys completed to the immediate bar and cellar areas at several pubs in Cardiff in relation to proposed beer line loom upgrade works. The surveys focused on areas likely to be disturbed during the planned installation works.
