Asbestos Survey Project – Domestic Property, Dorset
An asbestos survey was completed at a domestic property in Dorset to identify asbestos-containing materials before planned works. The survey identified asbestos cement soffits, textured coatings to ceilings, and vinyl floor tiles in several areas of the property. Laboratory analysis confirmed asbestos within textured coatings to the landing and lounge ceilings, with additional asbestos-containing floor tiles identified in a utility cupboard and beneath carpet in the lounge.
